Farmers Insurance may send updates and promotional notifications via SMS or email to keep you informed about your insurance policies, updates, and promotions. Message frequency may vary, and standard messaging rates may apply. Please note that SMS and email notifications are supplemental communication methods and not the sole channels used by Farmers Insurance.

Program Description

Upon opting in, you can expect notifications about your insurance policies, updates, and promotions. This may include information about policy renewals, payment reminders, claims updates, and special offers.

Canceling SMS Service

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text 'STOP' to the shortcode. Upon sending 'STOP', we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
